1) University of Victoria

2) York University
Located in Toronto, York University has been educating students since 1959. The school received its most recent accreditation from AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 2016. The school is one of four Canadian institutions that currently houses multiple programs accredited by AACSB. With a student population over 55,000, York University offers graduate degree programs through 18 different departments and colleges. These programs cover a range of subjects including arts and communication, business administration, education and health professions, engineering and science among others.

3) Simon Fraser University
Simon Fraser University offers a unique program with classes that are conducted entirely online. This approach accommodates any working professional and makes it easy to work through your coursework at your own pace. For example, if you’re overseas on a business trip and have time to kill, you can take a class. Conversely, if you don’t want to disrupt your normal routine by coming into campus every day, all you need is an internet connection (and perhaps a landline phone) and you can start studying immediately.

4) Western University
The University of Western Ontario has been designated as one of 33 Canadian institutions within Canada’s Top 100 Employers. In addition, Western was ranked 18th overall and 6th among Canadian universities in Maclean’s annual university rankings issue in 2016.

5) Queen’s University
The University of Queen’s is a public research university located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. It was chartered on February 1, 1841 and opened its doors to students a year later. As of 2017-2018, Queen’s had 23,990 undergraduate students and 5,415 graduate students. The majority of graduates are originally from outside of Ontario with over 14% coming from overseas.

6) Concordia University
Concordia University is a public comprehensive university located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It has been ranked as one of Canada’s top universities since 2012 and has appeared on The Globe and Mail’s annual ranking of Canadian universities every year since 2007. It currently holds a rating of 83 out of 100 on QS World University Rankings, 88th out of 250+ institutions overall and 13th in Canada.

7) Ryerson University
Established in 1948, Ryerson University is located in downtown Toronto and boasts over 35,000 students. Home to more than a dozen research centres, Ryerson also offers a variety of graduate programs including law, accounting and economics at its Ted Rogers School of Management. With over 1,000 corporate partnerships worldwide to draw on, Ryerson’s graduate school offers professional experience like no other institution in Canada.

8) McMaster University
McMaster University is located in Hamilton, Ontario. The university has a full-time enrolment of 45,000 and more than 3500 international students. In addition to offering undergraduate degrees, McMaster also offers masters programs (including an MBA), professional degrees and PhDs across 12 faculties and 4 schools. In its most recent ranking, Maclean’s magazine named McMaster as Canada’s top research university. And QS World University Rankings ranked it as 68th internationally and within top 200 universities globally.

9) University of Toronto
The University of Toronto is a public research university in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 5 campuses across 3 regions of Southern Ontario. The university forms one of only two universities within York Region; it does not have a satellite campus within York Region like Ryerson University does.
